Cold War in Songs and Film

Today students listened to a variety of songs dealing directly and indirectly with the Cold War. They then watched clips from some films and movies about the Cold War including Rocky 4, Red Dawn, and The Atomic Cafe.

Agenda 3/12/13:

1. Students examined what happened with Oskar Schindler and the Jews he saved after the war.
2. Students looked at a series a photos and watched film clips about combat during WWII.
3. Students began learned about the Pyramid of Hate and how "normal" people can become participants in genocide.
